Welcome to Eagle Villas Owners Association, Inc., a group of 28 townhomes located in the Gleneagle area of Colorado Springs, CO, El Paso County. Eagle Villas is a friendly gated community with beautiful views.
EVOA Mission Statement:
To promote a high quality of life and to protect property values through the prudent use of resources, for the benefit of all who live, visit and own in our community.
Purpose:
The purpose of the Eagle Villas Owners Association (EVOA) is to represent the interest of homeowners and renters in Eagle Villas through proactive, inclusive actions which:
- Encourage and promote a safe and healthy environment for family life;
- Advocate fairness in maintenance fees and taxation of property;
- Encourage responsible growth of surrounding property development;
- Provide a forum for community action within our community;
- Assist homeowners, service providers and maintenance contractors in achieving common goals;
- Informe our community of events, activities and news which may impact our community;
- Present and sponsor social, cultural and other events for the enrichment of our community.
EVOA Rules of the Road
All owners, renters, employees, service providers and maintenance contractors of Eagle Villas are expected to follow the associations "Rules of the Road" in working with each other. Rules of the Road are agreements that a team of people makes with one another in order to work together harmoniously and effectively.
